You can return any new unused and unopened items sold from our trakbelt360.com website within 21 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as it is in it’s original and unopened packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is not damaged in transit, therefore you must package it correctly to safeguard and protect it properly.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is received by the customer and is defective. Only after review of the defective product or part(s) by our team will a refund on the shipping costs be made to the customers payment method. We will also pay the return shipping cost if we sent the wrong product.

Refunds will only be issued to the cardholder of the purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product(s) purchased must be returned within 21 days of receipt for a full refund less the shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued until the product is received and inspected to insure that it contains all the parts, original packaging including hang tags in tact, it is clean, unused, undamaged in resalable condition. We do not pay for shipping to have you return it to us. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is not damaged in transit, therefore you must safeguard and protect it properly. We will only honor returns or exchanges on orders placed directly from Trakbelt360.com

If the cost of the returning product is less than the cost of the exchanging product, the customer will pay the additional cost difference.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable. The refund amount doesn’t include shipping and handling charges. If original order shipping to you was FREE, you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping and handling costs.

We are not responsible for lost in-bound returns and reserve the right to deny a refund or an exchange to any customer not returning product(s) in accordance with our policy and instructions here. Any return received after the cutoff date may not be processed and may be returned to the customer at the customer’s own liability and expense.

Design Innovation 360, warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship if at any time the product becomes non-functional. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Design Innovation 360 will, at its option,

(i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or

(ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product that has been returned to its original function.

The warranty provided is for repair or replacement of the product only.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage.

Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product is not included in this warranty.

The use of any non-genuine parts or accessories will void this warranty. Any parts or products replaced under this Limited Warranty will become the property of Shai Gear.

Design Innovation 360 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty or contract or tort claim on this product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
